This was a surprise to me, regarding the addition of the bronze mouthpiece to the design.
But it feels like a perfect addition for this Pipe’s stem.
“We added it because it seals the wood end grain and will give a better feel while in use,” says Vincent of Seven Shields Forge.
“Forging the bowl and stem lead now.”
And again tonight, they northern lights will be dancing overhead for us here in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia.
