FIRST … Welcome to this website!

As Odinn says in the Hávamál ….

“The warm hospitality of a good host is a priceless treasure, as an impatient guest waits within, not at the door. Treat them with kindness, and fortune may follow.”

So, I invite you to sit at a warm, comfortable place by the fire … sipping on the beverage of your choice.

As your host, let me introduce myself … I am Alan Tripp, but I also go by Arthyrral Pathfinder (“The Bear Heart” Pathtfinder) … or simply … Arthyrrall or even Arthyrr.

The reason for this website is because I spent much of my life feeling like I was stumbling around in the great forest … alone in the dark trying to find a spiritual path that fit me best.

Would you believe it has taken me about three decades to finally find and truly accept that I’m really allowed to walk my path and to do so with pride? … Let alone begin to understand that path.

It’s hard walking alone spiritually and even more so when you have all these questions and nowhere to turn.

And for me, it was finding others who walked paths not quite the same but similar … that finally helped me to figure things out for myself.

Even though I do plan to share bits of my own journey, my hope with this website is to plant seeds both online and in the real world. … Seeds that hopefully will take root and help others to find and better walk their own paths … those paths speak to THEM.

As a People of European ancestry now born and raised here in North America, I seek ways to honor both my ancestral roots as well as this land, it’s spirits, and its native First Peoples.

So, welcome!

And in the words of one of my first teachers … “Make your prayers you own as what works for me may not work for you.”

We are each different and so have to find what speaks to us personally.
