This is a journey that began with dreams back in early Spring 2025.
When the dreams persisted and gained definition, I began speaking with Vince at Seven Shields Forge who took our conversations and put pen to paper.
This design is one that naturally evolved with the artist taking what I described and running with it.
Keep in mind, he knew this was to be a sacred Pipe for someone walking a Norse / Gaelic druidic path.
So, he approached it from that standpoint … allowing inspiration to help lead the process.
For me, that inspiration is how Spirit and the spirit of *this* Pipe took over and steered what this Pipe was and would be.
The Process took months with some months not much happening and others inspiration flowing like a fast moving river.
And there was no problem with this … no rush … as I knew that this Pipe’s awakening ceremony would be during a trip in December to Hilton Head Island and at the Shell Ring located there.
It’s where the Malstrom Pipe was awaked a few years prior.
And that deadline was easily reached.
Today, the Pipe was handed over and officially placed into my care.
Already had the Pipe bundle ready for it.
In a few more days, a blessing ceremony with the Malstrom Pipe will take place with smoke from that Pipe blown across the Sunstone.
After this, the Sunstone will go back into its bundle until the awakening ceremony at the Shell Ring.
